Operations Manager

Concept Supply Chain are delighted to be working with this sector leading consumer goods organisation based near Manchester to recruit a new Operations Manager.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for:

- Leading and managing a small team of operatives.
- Responsible for managing Health and Safety within the department.
- Analysing current processes and procedures and making suggestions for improvement.
- Focus on quality processes to improve OTIF and waste.

The ideal Operations Manager will be able to demonstrate:

- Strong leadership skills and previous managerial experience.
- Awareness of current SHE and employment legislation/standards.
- Capability to identify opportunities to continually improve working practices to ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Exposure to a manufacturing environment.
